Budding

I forgot I had this one. Well, it's not that I forgot, it's more that I did it a month ago and didn't feel like finding where I put it, which incidentally turned out not to be where I thought it was

Yeah, I dunno what made me think of this. It just sorta... happened. (True story, by the way )

If you couldn't tell, I like cross-hatching. It's fun and makes for some good shadage. I really just rip off Junji Ito's style of doing it, though (spoilers, I'm nowhere near as good as him at it ). Well, ya know what they say: if it ain't broke... wait, that saying doesn't apply to this. A bird in the hand...? No... If the van's a-rockin'... Eh, screw it.
